The core of the application is a\ndigital dialogue marketing platform fully integrated with SAP CRM. CEWE relies\non the ELAINE technology from artegic AG in order to better tailor\ncommunication to the needs of the customer. Thanks to the seamless integration\nwith SAP CRM, campaigns can be controlled directly in SAP CRM and processed\neven more efficiently via content and automation processes using ELAINE\ntechnology. The Enterprise Framework technology ELAINE takes over the essential\ntasks for the design, individualization and dispatch of digital dialogue\nmarketing campaigns and, thanks to its modular architecture, offers the\npossibility of using dialogue marketing-specific tasks for the user integrated\nfrom SAP CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process-related data exchange\ntakes place in real-time, so that campaigns, data changes and transactions take\nplace without time delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer orientation, efficiency,\nand the continuous optimisation of processes are key focal points in CEWE’s\ndigital dialogue marketing. The integration of ELAINE has further accelerated\nthe marketing workflow. A total of around 350 million emails are sent via this\nsolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
