To take customer communication to a new level, transactional emails needed to be not only more reliable and faster to send, but also more personalised and usable for marketing purposes – with a significantly shorter time-to-market. The challenge: to consolidate a fragmented system landscape with many channels, countries and languages without losing flexibility and quality.
