Why we are now called ELAINE and what is changing
There can be many reasons for a company to change its name: Change of ownership, legal reasons or a company’s need to differentiate itself more strongly from the competition and rivals. At the same time, changing the name and brand identity is a big and costly step. You should weigh up carefully whether it is worth taking this step. Nevertheless, we have decided to change the name of artegic AG to ELAINE technologies GmbH because this step is simply consistent and logical for us. After all, ELAINE has continuously developed into a leading SaaS platform for customer engagement and omnichannel marketing automation in recent years.
An important factor: ELAINE technologies has been a member of UNITED Marketing Technologies since the end of 2022. With more than 500 employees at seven locations, UNITED is a group of innovative marketing technology companies that use an innovative best-of-breed approach to support companies in achieving marketing excellence. The change of name reflects the company’s clear focus on its core product ELAINE and a sharpening of its brand profile. The change of name also lays the brand foundation for greater internationalisation and the expansion of the partner channel.
