The Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) is the organisation that represents the interests of companies that operate digital business models or whose value creation is based on the use of digital technologies. Internet Service Providers Austria (ISPA)

The ISPA association was founded in 1997 and represents the voluntary interests of more than 200 members from all areas concerning the Internet. It provides its members with expertise and knowledge – even in legal matters – and draws up statements in working groups on relevant legislative proposals or sample templates for general terms and conditions, for example. ISPA also informs its members of developments at a national and European level and organises events such as the ISPA Forum or the Internet Summit Austria.

Certified Senders Alliance (CSA)

The Certified Senders Alliance (CSA) is a project from eco – Association of the Internet Industry, which was created in cooperation with the DDV Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband e. V. (German dialogue marketing association) in 2004. The CSA acts as a neutral interface between mailbox providers and senders of commercial emails. The goal of the CSA is to increase the quality of commercial emails (e.g. newsletters, invoices, order confirmations, etc.) To achieve this goal, the CSA establishes legal and technical quality standards.

EHI is a scientific institute of the retail industry. Its membership includes international retail companies and their associations, manufacturers of consumer and capital goods, and various service providers. EHI focuses on research and knowledge exchange. EHI Retail Institute e. V. carries out research on important matters impacting the future of the retail industry. The EHI Foundation promotes exchange between academia and the retail industry and motivates higher education institutions to conduct research on topics in retailing.
