Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW)
The Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) is the organisation that represents the interests of companies that operate digital business models or whose value creation is based on the use of digital technologies. The BVDW represents the interests of the digital economy in politics and society and is dedicated to the creation of market transparency and innovation-friendly framework conditions. In addition to dmexco and the German Digital Award, the BVDW organises a number of professional events.
Händlerbund
Since its founding in Leipzig in 2008, Händlerbund has been actively committed to the further development of the entire e-commerce industry. The 360° e-commerce network with its members and service partners supports retailers from all over Europe in their professionalisation. Due to the rapid development of e-commerce, Händlerbund has quickly become Europe’s largest online trade association.
Internet Service Providers Austria (ISPA)
The ISPA association was founded in 1997 and represents the voluntary interests of more than 200 members from all areas concerning the Internet. It provides its members with expertise and knowledge – even in legal matters – and draws up statements in working groups on relevant legislative proposals or sample templates for general terms and conditions, for example. ISPA also informs its members of developments at a national and European level and organises events such as the ISPA Forum or the Internet Summit Austria.

Partnering Alliance
Partnering Alliance is an association of companies with over 1,000 customer experience experts, making it the largest network of consultancies, agencies and solution providers in the German-speaking world. Independent companies can expand their business activities with the help of the partnership and open up new business areas in a competitive environment. Among other things, the collaboration includes an exchange on innovative topics, cooperation in the service offering and the acquisition of new customers.
Fraunhofer
Its expertise in data science, pattern recognition and system modelling and analysis has made the Fraunhofer IAIS one of Europe’s leading applied big data and AI research institutions in Europe. Its approximately 250-strong team is capable of combining in-depth industry knowledge with scientific expertise across a full range of technical disciplines, most notably information technology but also mathematics, natural sciences, business management, geo sciences and social sciences.
Certified Senders Alliance (CSA)
The Certified Senders Alliance (CSA) is a project from eco – Association of the Internet Industry, which was created in cooperation with the DDV Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband e. V. (German dialogue marketing association) in 2004. The CSA acts as a neutral interface between mailbox providers and senders of commercial emails. The goal of the CSA is to increase the quality of commercial emails (e.g. newsletters, invoices, order confirmations, etc.) To achieve this goal, the CSA establishes legal and technical quality standards.
ECC Club
The ECC CLUB offers companies from the retail and retail environment an exclusive information and networking platform. As a member, retailers, manufacturers and service providers gain access to the latest insights and studies on the topics of e-commerce and cross-channel. Various event formats offer space for dialogue and discussion at eye level.

EHI Retail Institute
EHI is a scientific institute of the retail industry. Its membership includes international retail companies and their associations, manufacturers of consumer and capital goods, and various service providers. EHI focuses on research and knowledge exchange. EHI Retail Institute e. V. carries out research on important matters impacting the future of the retail industry. The EHI Foundation promotes exchange between academia and the retail industry and motivates higher education institutions to conduct research on topics in retailing.
Web_de_Cologne
Web de Cologne is an initiative of Cologne-based companies from the digital sector, which is a relevant economic factor in the Cologne and North Rhine-Westphalia region. Its members have held regular networking events since July 2009. In addition to organising conferences and networking events, Web de Cologne e.V. also supports start-ups and works to improve the conditions of the ‘Online Valley’ along the Rhine.
Marketing Club Köln-Bonn
The Cologne–Bonn Marketing Club fulfils its role as a professional association by fostering the spread of marketing in the economy and public sphere. The club’s objective is to promote and support the exchange of opinions, knowledge and ideas on all marketing topics. The club provides up-to-date insights and knowledge and contributes to the professionalisation of marketing.
Absolit / Marketing Börse
The service provider directory, marketing-BÖRSE, is the largest special directory for marketing in the German language. Around 20,000 providers, from outdoor advertising and social media to target group analysis, are represented. Each company’s profile features details such as press releases, specialist articles, association memberships and awards. In addition to companies, freelancers can also publish content. The company also operates other specialist portals such as Email-Marketing-Forum.de.
