Bonn, November 12, 2025 – ELAINE technologies has once again been honored with an award in the “Technical Innovation of the Year” category at the 22nd annual International Business Awards®— for the development of “AI-First Emails” in the age of AI consumer agents. 

“AI-Ready Messaging” and “AI-First Emails” address a highly topical challenge: adapting emails for AI agents that now interpret and prioritize communication. The Elaine Customer Engagement Platform provides messages such as emails with invisible metadata that is specifically designed for AI interpretation by AI Consumer Agents. This capability has now been recognized by the expert jury.  

AI agents will increasingly curate and filter brand messages in communications with customers. The use of AI assistants for organizing email inboxes is also on the rise, partly due to the introduction of corresponding functions in freemail services. For companies and marketers, this poses a significant hurdle in accessing their target audience. The problem is that AI agents often require different or more data than the actual email recipient in order to determine relevance and correctly evaluate and summarize content.
