Matthias Klumpe takes over partner management at ELAINE

Matthias Klumpe is now responsible for the successful and joint growth with the partner companies of the customer engagement platform provider ELAINE technologies GmbH in Partner Management.

In his role, Matthias Klumpe reports to the Head of Customer Strategy Roland Wunderlich and is now a permanent member of his team.

 

 

Prior to his current position as Partner Manager, Matthias Klumpe, who lives near Osnabrück, worked as a CRM data analyst, consultant and team leader for new business at a Bertelsmann subsidiary. There, too, successful co-operation with Bertelsmann’s internal and external partner companies was a central component of his work in order to drive forward the expansion and growth of the business.
