ELAINE continues to expand its management team and welcomes Fabian Simoneit as Chief Delivery Officer. In his new role, Fabian will be responsible for strategically increasing customer focus and leading the delivery and product management departments. He reports directly to CEO Stefan von Lieven and is a permanent member of the Executive Leadership Team.
With his broad experience in technology and strategy, Fabian Simoneit will play a key role in shaping the company’s future development. His work will focus on three key areas: maximizing customer focus, scaling delivery excellence, and driving innovation. He is personally driven to seamlessly combine technology and customer value with the goal of achieving measurable results and sustainable growth for ELAINE’s customers.

Fabian Simoneit has a long career in the tech industry, where he’s held senior roles in strategy development, portfolio management, M&A transactions, and digital transformation projects. In addition to his operational work, Fabian is committed to knowledge transfer under the motto “Sharing is Caring” – as a lecturer at universities, as an administrative advisor, and as an author of specialist books on topics such as technology trends, economics, and leadership.
